As a VDI Consultant for Workspace Solutions, you'll be working on-site with our customers, at home, or in one of our offices, tackling some exciting and challenging assignments. Whether you’re flying solo or teaming up with others, you’ll design, implement, and manage Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions. With your solid background in Citrix, Omnissa, or Azure Virtual Desktop, you’ll be the go-to expert for solving technical issues and supporting organisations with their VDI setups. Plus, you’ll play a key role in our pre-sales process by providing valuable insights for quotes and complex changes.
You'll join a tight-knit group of technical pros who are all about helping organisations get the most out of their VDI solutions. Your job will be to translate customer needs into practical and effective solutions that boost efficiency and productivity. Working closely with customers and colleagues, you’ll tackle complex tech challenges, contribute to exciting projects, and develop innovative solutions. You’ll also keep your finger on the pulse of the latest trends and developments to create even more value for our clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, implementing, and migrating VDI solutions
- Advising customers based on your expertise
- Contributing to complex implementations and projects
- Actively participating in shaping the team’s vision
- Maintaining and managing existing VDI environments
What you’ll bring:
- HBO-level work and thinking ability
- At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Consultant or VDI Consultant
- In-depth knowledge of the Citrix and/or Omnissa portfolio
- Familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop combined with Intune/Autopilot
- A curious mindset, customer-focused approach, and strong communication skills
- Relevant certifications like Citrix Certified Professional/Expert, Omnissa VCP - Desktop Management, and/or Azure Administrator Associate
