2019
After many years of trying to entice Sam Hameed to join the business, Gareth succeeds and SPG Resourcing is born.
2021
We welcome 21 new employees to the Group as SPG Software is formally established, specialising in solving problems with software.
2023
To better meet our clients' evolving needs, SPG Transformation and SPG Software become SPG Intelligence - delivering AI-powered solutions.
2025
The company - known as CloudOps - is formed in Newcastle upon Tyne by Gareth Humphreys.
2019
Our first 3 major clients are secured, cementing the new organisation and validating our approach.
2020
100% Year-on-Year growth sees the Group expand into a number of new sectors.
